Lancaster’s CEO, Ralph Di Pietro grew up with a passion for interior architecture. From his early years in joining the family business in trim & doors to branching out into the world of custom cabinetry, Ralph’s 30 years of hands-on experience in interior design, cabinetry construction, and manufacturing is the backbone of every piece of cabinetry that leaves Lancaster.
